How to ship to
cantrell custom hydrographics
1 -Prepare your firearm
Please box only the parts you would like us to work on. Do not ship any additional components that are not necessary for servicing the firearm.
If possible, please remove the sling prior to shipping. Only include the chokes needed for pattern testing your firearm.
Chokes (beyond those required for testing), slings, wrenches, shims, optics, and any other non-essential accessories should not be included. Do not send optics. We will not be responsible for any damage to optics that are shipped with the firearm.
Always ensure the firearm is unloaded and properly broken down before shipping. We recommend wrapping the components securely in bubble wrap or shipping them in a protective gun case.
2 -Complete work order
Click the link below to access the work order form.
You may fill this form out electronically or you can print and fill out manually. Please send this form with the gun when shipping.
3 -Ship through a dealer or ffl
We have several authorized dealers all across the US. These dealers have the ability to ship your gun straight to us.
Shipping through one of our authorized dealers is the most efficient way to get your firearm to us.
However, if you are not able to ship your firearm through a dealer, you can utilize a local FFL, USPS or UPS. All California residents must utilize an FFL in order to ship guns to us.
4 -Final payment and pickup
Payment for all work done on your gun will be collected after the work is completed. If you are able to come to our office, payment will be taken there in person.
If you are not able to come to our office, payment will be taken over the phone. We do not accept American Express.
Please do not send a check or money order with your firearm unless prior arrangements have been made with our office.
